We experience resistance when we are fragmented. Parts of us that we haven't reconciled with yet pull us back from the shadow. Meanwhile we often beat ourselves up because of it. Sounds familiar?
We feel lost and confused when there is fragmentation or disconnection from our inner guidance or intuition.
The reality is that our psyche is often scattered in multiple parts... Fragmented.
And that is the reason why we feel disconnected from our power and the ability to powerfully create the life we desire.
Fragmentation is one of our most potent survival mechanisms. When we are in survival it allows us to cope with pain that we don't know yet how to transmute.
Fragmentation is what keeps us from harnessing the spiritual stamina it takes to anchor deep and meaningful change in our lives.
IT IS ALSO PRECISELY ONE OF THE REASONS WHY WE DO NOT THRIVE.
We are only as liberated as we are integrated.
Disowning parts of ourselves is at the core of most suffering.
Here is the myth...
For the most part, we have bought into the illusion that we need to get rid of aspects of ourselves in order to move to our next level of fulfilment.
We've bought into the illusion that if you can only think positively all the time, you will create the life you desire.
If you can just separate yourself from what is negative or dysfunctional within, you will create positive experiences.
We have created a deep aversion to our pain. We run from our resistance. We repress our fears. We refuse to be present with the parts of us that are hurting...
We are only willing to accept ourselves when we feel in touch with spirit, joyous, grounded... and we reject ourselves when we are not.
We despise our resistance and what we perceive as self sabotage etc.
But here is the deal...
The parts of you that you are not able to love, RUN YOU! They hijack you in the dark.
What you repress within yourself will find distorted ways to express itself until you are able to love it... And that is what FREES you!
That's why I said that you are only as liberated as you are integrated.
Your power resides in your ability to reclaim your wholeness.

Hi there, I'm Xavier
I am a Shadow integration facilitator, psychospiritual guide, Transformational Coach, writer and teacher. I feel alive the most when I help Lightworkers, thought leaders and creatives, release the hidden forces that stand in the way of their ability to Lead, Love and Serve from the heart, not their wounds.
I am not a big fan of talking about myself, but if you're going to consider joining a 4 month + journey, I think it would only be fair to want to know a bit more about the facilitator.
Let me start by saying that the work I do today did not come easy to me.
I have behind me a trail of failed endeavors and unhealthy patterns that I've learned how to transcend.
I dropped my Ph.D. in economics in 2013 after what felt like a dark night of the ego (and I've had many since then). I then seriously committed to my inner work.
I knew what I wanted to do with my life (the work I do today) but didn't have the spiritual stamina to fully claim it.
The wounds from my past, patterns of self abandonment, self sabotage and feeling like an imposter were too loud.
I created many "shadow careers" as beautiful distractions. I've been a health coach, fitness trainer, gym owner, network marketer, a chef.... the list goes on.
I've eventually had to learn what I call the technology of surrender. To me it's the sacred practice of letting your heart and your light call the shots in your life.
What I share in INTEGRATE is more than just intellectual material. It is what I had to practice in order to heal old wounds, recalibrate patterns, lead, love and serve from the heart.
I have seen over and over how transformative a container becomes when it's infused with the intention to witness people fully (both shadow and light): profound transformation emerges.
This is the intention that is at the core of INTEGRATE...
